The invention relates to lighting, in particular to the design of the headlights of an automobile.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the adhesive joint and the corrosion resistance of the headlight elements.
Figure 1 shows the structure of the headlights of a car; figure 2 - detail of the rim, top view; on fig.Z - car headlight with fastener mounted on the outer rim of the rim.
The headlight of the car contains a metal parabolic reflector 1 having a flange 3 with a bent edge 4, a diffuser 2 and a plastic ring rim 5 consisting of two rims — an inner 6 and an outer rim interconnected by an annular bridge 8. The inner rim 6 is provided with an annular threshold 9, and the outer rim 7 is offset relative to the inner in the axial direction. Preferably, three stops 10 are provided in the angular space between the outer rim 7 and the annular bridge 8, for mounting the reflector 1. On the contrary, on the inner edge of the outer rim 7 there are radially aligned protrusions 11 for accommodating the diffuser 2 having a conical mounting part 12.
On the outer rim 6 of the frame 5, there are fastening elements 13, which ensure reliable fixing of the headlight on the body by means of the clamping element shown by the dotted lines in FIG.
The headlamp is assembled as follows.
In the angular space between the outer rim 7 and the annular lintel 8, an additional layer 14B of adhesive is placed. Then, a reflector 1 is installed in the annular frame 5 so that the folded Edge 4 of the flange 3 rests on the stops 10.
